That would be correct! On most of these rush-hour routes, I will do the PM. The AM on a lot of rush-hour routes leaves far too early for me to get over to the outer terminus by the time the route starts running.
This was one of the first rush-hour routes I had rode, and I had pretty low expectations for the ridership. In hindsight, it is pretty similar to the other rush-hour routes. However, this still has something unique about its ridership - the fact that people get off continuously along its entire route instead of only at park and rides or transit centers. I have only seen this on one other route, the 75, where it was expected. I have yet to ride a lot of the northern rush hour lines (like the 74) where I expect something similar.
So based on this review, I assume you were on it during the PM rush hour?

Funny that this gets high ridership, COTA tried to get rid of it several years ago.
